The son of a physician, Omar grew up
understanding the responsibility professionals owe to their clients. To
Omar, living up to that responsibility means combining a focused study
of the law, a deep commitment to client advocacy and understanding the
varied, sometimes often difficult roads his clients take in life.
Omar started on his road by studying the world over, including attending the American University in Cairo, the Benjamin Franklin Institute for Languages in Merida, Mexico and the London School of Economics through Ealing College. He went on to earn his undergraduate degree from DePaul University. DePaul is also where he earned his Juris Doctor degree before being admitted to the Illinois Bar in 1996.
Omar's experiences abroad sharpened his legal focus on assisting the needs of immigrants and foreign workers in the United States. The trust and respect he built advocating for his clients resulted in frequent requests for additional legal services. This led to Omar developing expertise in such diverse areas as commercial and residential real estate transactions, contracts, franchise agreements, small business incorporation, leasing, litigation, trusts, estate planning, and contractor law.
