I have a customer service focused Real Estate, Commercial Law, and Finance, centered practice. My office is conveniently located at 121 W. Wesley St. in downtown Wheaton IL.
My practice focuses on most areas of law related to real estate, including: residential real estate closings, landlord tenant disputes and evictions, loan modifications and foreclosures. I am also a licensed Realtor and the Broker Owner of PushPin Realty.
Recently, as a sign of the times, my practice has included more complex Real Estate transactions, including short sales, bank owned, "REO" properties, Landlord Tennant disputes, loan modifications, evictions, foreclosures and bankruptcy.
I have a MBA in Finance as well as a law degree, and I am committed to carefully reviewing all of my clients options. I am also dedicated to providing prompt concerned customer service, at affordable prices.
