Peter M. Storm has over 26 years of litigation experience in Illinois.
He graduated with distinction from the John Marshall Law School in May
1985 and was admitted to the practice of law in the State of Illinois
in the fall of that year. He is also admitted to practice before the
United States Supreme Court, and the Federal Court for the Northern
District of Illinois. While a law student, Peter served as the Chief
Law Clerk for the Judges of the 16th Judicial Circuit Court, and was an
active member of and author for the John Marshall Law Review. He
joined the firm in 1985 as an associate and became a partner in 1995.
Peter has extensive experience in libel and related matters having
served as litigation counsel in Illinois for The Copley Press and
numerous daily newspapers for over fifteen years. He also has
significant experience and background in various aspects of commercial
litigation including shareholder and partnership dissolution actions,
contested estate and trust matters, land use and real estate
litigation. In addition to continuing to represent a wide variety of
clients in various litigation matters, Peter now devotes a portion of
his practice to business formation and planning, and a variety of
estate and trust matters from the unique perspective of a litigator.

I endorse this lawyer. Peter Storm is a tenacious and adept litigator who will fight to protect his clients' rights without compromise, but with integrity and respect for the law and fellow attorneys. He has a keen mind for the nuances of the law. Even as a strong advocate in court, Peter maintains a realistic and candid focus on the bottom line for his clients and has a unique ability to work out settlements by agreement when it is in the best interests of his clients. I would not hesitate to recommend Peter to my own family and have the utmost confidence in his abilities.
