I provide strategic counseling, where litigation and transactions are tools used to achieve my small business client and individual client's objectives. Decisions regarding litigation and debt restructure cannot be made in a vacuum. My legal advice explains how use of legal tools and strategies can advance or impair the company's progress toward its goals. From global strategy to next steps, I provide counsel and perform the immediate tasks at hand. I offer a depth of experience in complex commercial litigation, creditors rights, bankruptcy, and construction litigation. I will also get your corporate transactions (including real estate) closed.
I am currently practicing in the areas of contract law, condominium law, construction litigation, surrogacy law, estate planning and bankruptcy.
I am passionate about representing businesses and individuals as debtors in reorganizations, bankruptcy and debt restructuring.
I also represent creditors protecting their rights when navigating the bankruptcy system. I also have substantial experience in representing lenders in lien disputes and commercial collection, as well as contractors and homeowners in construction and mechanic's lien litigation. I also represent condominium and homeowners’ associations with litigation, collection, negotiations with vendors and resolving disputes with utilities and municipalities.
