When I was wrongfully discharged, I made sure to have all my documentation together and sought out defense right away. Upon meeting with Jim, we were confident that my case would be a winner due to the nexus between my report of sexual harassment by a co-worker and my discharge. Subsequently, upon contacting my former employer, we were able to settle out of court, and I was definitely pleased with my settlement. The process did take several months, but that was because of the company I used to work for and their lawyers, not Jim. Everything was handled promptly and ideally. Jim has always been helpful after the fact as well, when referring me and friends to experienced colleagues in the field. I would highly recommend him.
