These are the best lawyers I could ever ask for! They have handled a few cases for me and every time over the past 15 to 20 years I would go to them in a heartbeat.! Professional, trustworthy, and always ready to help with any question I ever had. I send many people to these offices and everyone I have sent has had nothing but good great awesome things to say about both of these attorneys. They got the claim settled they got me what I needed. Also I believe highest rated in the county let alone in Illinois I would never go to anyone else when it comes down to The Taradash law firm they are all amazing. Sam the assistant was there anytime I needed her to be. They are the best around use them. You Will be very Happy

Randy sat on my car accident case for 11 months without filing it. I also fell on ice and snow delivering pizzas and re injured myself 9 months ago. Work threatened to make sure their insurance didn't pay out since I had a car accident 1 year before the fall. It is now November and I have not received the medical care I need because my lawyer did nothing to get me approved since February. Now that it is 4 months before the statute of limitations to file the car accident case, he drops all my cases. I am upset because now most lawyers don't want to take a case that close to the dead line to file and because they get stuck doing all the work and randy gets half the profits plus it also makes the case look hard to win so someone who would have taken the case last year will not now. Thank you randy for screwing up my cases. I am also having a difficult time working and have quit my one job due to harassment and difficulty performing a job that I did for 8+ years. I am hearing from a number of lawyers that is typical Taradash. Well I would recommended not getting screwed like me and find a different lawyer. I think all lawyers win cases! Randy looks good but if he drops all the tough cases then he isn't good because anyone can win the easy cases!

Filing a workers compensation claim is an ugly experience. Think twice before you commit and hire an attorney because it's going to be an awful ride and will last for several years before you finally settle. You will be followed and photographed by the insurance companies private investigators to the point they will look into your windows in the middle of the night. As for this attorney, I felt at times the insurance company was nicer to me. I was kept in the dark and my calls were hardly ever returned. The most disturbing thing was the attitude of the attorney. It was hard to imagine that I hired such an arrogant, condescending and rude person to represent me. The entire experience was worse than a nightmare and I would suggest dealing with the insurance company one on one if your situation allows it. I would not wish a workers comp. case on anyone. In the end, it was not worth it.

I would recommend this attorney most definitely. He is a great litigator and truly knows his law.
