We have used Jerry for 3 real estate transactions. He is extremely knowledgeable, professional and timely. He communicated with us often to make sure we were always "in the loop." He is very proactive, so we never had to worry! He always kept our best interest in mind and did whatever it took to get the job done! (When one closing took a turn for the worst in the final hours, he even somehow pulled off some magic to make sure it happen on time!) On top of all else, he has a great personality and is a pleasure to deal with!

I have been lucky to use Jerry's services twice now - one for home purchase about 2 years ago and then again for the same home sale recently. Jerry offers guidance to the real estate attorney review process. He is able to explain little quirks that may occur (and usually do) in home negotiations and make you feel comfortable while it's happening. I also know Jerry from a networking organization - Women's Council of REALTORS - in which he is beloved as a valuable resource. I would recommend Jerry to the highest opportunity.

Jerry represented me in two real estate transactions over the past nine months, one home sale and one home purchase. Both transactions were completed flawlessly and on time. Jerry handled my divorce, he was very professional and probably kept me from getting in trouble as this process is very long, frustrating and often seems very unfair. He broke down what was upsetting and explained everything so I was a little less angry with the process and the way my ex and her attorney were dragging the divorce out...

Working with Jerry Lazar was an excellent experience. Not only is he personable and highly capable but has a diverse knowledge of the law and is responsive. He was able to keep me informed of the laws pertaining to my divorce and the purchase of my new home (events that happened simultaneously). All e-mails and phone calls were responded to same day with all concerns addressed fully. My past experiences with other Lawyers have not been so positive, his efforts/capabilities came as a pleasant surprise and are greatly appreciated.

Jerry was recommended by our real estate agent to handle the legal details of our purchase of a short sale property. Short sales have a poor reputation because they can be difficult and confusing. When ours came through much more quickly than anticipated, Jerry was always easy to reach and on top of the details. He responded to questions in a timely fashion, and his communication was always clear. Finally, he strengthened our original contract so it was more favorable and protective of our interest. We are very pleased, and would use him again if the opportunity arose.

In 2012, Mr. Lazar represented me in two legal cases, including selling of my house and evicting a tenant for not paying the rent from another house. In both cases, Mr. Lazar provided me with excellent legal guidance and advices, was very patient with my multiple questions, provided me with comprehensive explanations and was successful and efficient!
