    Looks like you are obligated to pay without ex filing a motion to modify if your income exceeds 30 hrs a week by 10%

    Is the father's name on the child's birth certificate? Did he voluntarily acknowledge paternity? If not, you may have to go to court and establish paternity to get any kind of relief.
