He was born in 1968 while his parents lived in DesPlaines IL and he grew up in Arlington Heights, ILAttended University of Iowa, Loyola University Chicago, Loyola Law School and Loyola Graduate School.  He has won nemerous accedemic and civic awards and he is married and the father of four. Since the start of the mortgage crisis Gary and the Law Firm of Newland & Newland LLP have been one of the leaders in Foreclosure Defense and loan modification in Illinois. Gary writes a weekly foreclosure and loan modification column that is currently carried in three publications. Gary dedicates his practice to helping making the world a better place one person at a time. He has extensive trial experience and has collected millions of dollars for his clients that have been either physically or financially injured.
