Mr. Peterson has helped my business several times over the last 10 years deal with problem situations before they had a chance to develop into criminal situations. He is excellent at explaining legal strategy and the risks associated with every course of action. I am a college student. I had a burglary charge last year. Todd kept me from going to prison. He got the judge to dismiss the felony charges. I will now have a chance to find work after I graduate. Todd did a fantastic job on my case.

Todd helped me from start to finish with my DWI case. He was very knowledgeable, and took the time to answer all of my questions and thouroughly explain my options and possible outcomes. He worked with the Judge and Prosecutor to bring my 3rd degree DWI down to a 4th degree DWI, saving me thousands of dollars, and up to a year of jailtime. He called frequently,until the "flat fee " retainer was signed and the check cashed,then wouldn't hear from him in weeks to months. Always too busy to take my phone calls,or return calls.I feel he double billed me for services that were part of the flat fee he charged. He drug out my case for almost a year. He Rescheduled my court cases mulitple times due to a "scheduling conflict" . He didn't help me at all, Same outcome if I would of stuck with my public defender and I would still be thousands of dollars ahead and my case way behind me.

Mr. Peterson made sure I was given a fair and speedy trial and made my charges as painless as possible. I would recommend Mr. Peterson to anyone who needs help. He was very patient with all of my many questions, and also took the time to speak with my father about my plight. A+!
