She worked a case of ours yrs ago in madison. Even though it took 2 yrs for her to settle with irs, I was surprised that she didn't seem to understand retirement withdrawals and taxes being withheld, and she is a tax attorney? She also said that no further retainers would be charged since my father passed and mom was disabled and it was taking so long to complete. And father had already paid her most of the money. Yet she recommended a living will and charged 500 to do it. Then came back later saying we didn't need to do it, but would not refund us? Yet it was her recommendation. Was also unimpressed how little she understood about the Internet and the resources available to her to help with our case. On a few occasions I just offered to do the research myself and provide it to her. But because of all the time and money my dad paid to her. At the time it seemed like the right choice.

Wendy set up a business trust for me in the early '90s, while also advising me on related tax and other matters, and making herself available for excellent follow-up as needed since. Her experience, dedication and expertise are a key reason why my business continues to flourish almost 20 years later.

Wendy has been my lawyer for 20 years and has never led me astray. I have seen, as a paralegal, tax professional, and a client, many lawyers screw up peoples' lives because of their low level of knowledge about the law and their high level of greed. Wendy is far from that picture and actually KNOWS the law. She did well in my divorce and custody fight and I have received nothing but thank you's from those whom I have referred to her.

My brother having no will at the time of his suicide in Aug 09, and a typo in my fathers trust having passed unnoticed until his death in Nov 09, and of course I being the one to deal with the aftermath found Wendy's help to be invaluable in cleaning up the estates, closing things down, and covering the tax's without trouble,
