She was able to get my entire $3,000 back from a man who had represented himself as a licensed and bonded contractor by her strongly worded correspondence and firm follow up calls to him - this all without having to go to court. She was also very patient with my calls and kept reminding me that my ultimate goal was to get my money back

I was trying to get back on my feet. Losing my job and taking care of my son put me in a very tough financial situation. Debt collectors were hounding me, I just didn't know what to do. When I met with Mrs. Buettner-Stanchfield, I had a lot of questions and was worried that I wouldn't understand the legal language. Mrs. Buettner-Stanchfield took the time to explain the process I would need to go through and answered everything. Without her help and expertise, I would still be trying to crawl out of the financial hole I was in. Her location was easy to get to and she had hours that worked for me. She will definitely be someone I will recommend to all that need help from now on.
