  • Robert Philip Webber

I have known Alan for several years and have appreciated the opportunity to collaborate informally on occasion during that time. He has an outstanding reputation among immigration lawyers, for knowledge of the law, diligence, and integrity. He has a diverse practice - I know he handles complex employment-based matters like J-1 waivers for physicians and also works with a wide range of issues for employers, like H-1Bs and L-1s and labor certifications. He also works on family-based immigration and removal proceedings. He and his law partner Michael Davis have a very successful I-601 waiver practice for Mexicans. I endorse this lawyer.
