I would definitely recommend Ms. Wolter for family law matters such as divorce, parenting time and child support. Ms. Wolter was opposing counsel on a difficult parenting time dispute. Our respective clients were not speaking to one another, except for exchanging accusations of past wrongs Ms. Wolter took the time to meet with me and understand where my client was coming from in terms of her concerns and also helped me understand her client's concerns. I was impressed by her willingness to get to the heart of the issues and, rather than just joining with our client's in hurling bitter statements back and forth, really think about and discuss possible solutions to the problem. We ended up in negotiations after the court hearing and came to a resolution so that we didn't have to wait for the court's decision.
