Review Roy Henline

About Me

I practice law in Maple Grove, Minnesota; focused on estate planning, probate administration, will contests, probate disputes and litigation involving trust administration, as well as formation and succession planning for small businesses and real property transfers.

At Henline Law, we provide individualized services designed to meet the specific needs of each client.  By providing solutions to meet your specific need, we strive to establish a long-term relationship where clients know their questions will be answered by someone who knows them and understands their situation.

I've spoken on estate planning and probate issues for Minnesota CLE and have been a guest speaker on sports management at Hamline University School of Law and St. Thomas University. I have more than 30 years of experience in the area of wills, trusts and estate administration. In addition to my private practice experience, I've also served as a consultant for Ameriprise Financial Services advising high net worth clients on estate planning and business transition matters.

I earned my B.A. degree at Hamline University and law degree at the University of Minnesota. I am admitted to practice in Minnesota as well as the federal courts in and for the District of Minnesota. I am a member of the American Bar Association (Real Property, Probate and Trust Section) and the Minnesota State Bar Association (Probate & Trust Law Section and Real Property Law Section).
