About me

Ellie K. Vilendrer is a skilled negotiator, mediator, AV-Preeminent rated corporate attorney by Martindale-Hubbell, and "Top Attorney" rated 10/10 by Avvo. A thought leader in negotiation strategy, her webinars have drawn national audiences, including as an invited speaker for American Law Institute CLE, and her articles have been published in leading national publications including Corporate Counsel. 


 Ms. Vilendrer is a Qualified Neutral under Rule 114, Minnesota General Rules of Practice. As a mediator, she draws from many years of experience as a successful business litigator and trial lawyer. Representing both plaintiffs and defendants, Ms. Vilendrer has helped her clients obtain and save millions of dollars through negotiated settlements and court verdicts. Some of her successes include obtaining a jury verdict and grant of punitive damages by unanimous decision of an 11- member jury representing a plaintiff in a breach of contract and fraud case; and obtaining summary dismissal of her defendant client in a complex multi-million dollar class-action lawsuit alleging breach of fiduciary duties.


 Ms. Vilendrer's litigation experience gives her a unique perspective in advising her clients on business liability issues and drafting contracts to minimize risk. Ms. Vilendrer attended BYU and UCLA Schools of Law . She earned a B.S. in Business Administration with an emphasis in Corporate Finance and a B.A. in French from University of Southern California.


Ms. Vilendrer was invited by the Minnesota State Bar Association to serve as a planning committee member for the 2015 Closely Held Business Conference. She has also served as a bar exam essay grader for the Minnesota Board of Law Examiners.
