Jennifer Mortel focuses her practice in the areas of Personal Injury, Estate Planning, Wills and Trusts. She has extensive experience negotiating top-dollar personal injury settlements as well as handling cases through litigation. Jennifer is a zealous advocate for her clients' rights to obtain medical, wage loss and disability benefits. She also endeavors to partner with families to secure their future goals through wills, trusts and other appropriate estate planning. She is a compassionate counselor who helps grieving family members find their way through the probate process after the death of a loved one. Additionally, as a small business owner herself, Jennifer is intimately familiar with the formation and operation of business entities, as well as contract drafting and negotiation, which provides her clients with an experienced perspective for their legal needs.
Jennifer is a graduate of William Mitchell College of Law and the University of Wisconsin - Eau Claire. She is admitted to practice law in Minnesota and Wisconsin. She is a member of the Minnesota and Wisconsin Associations for Justice. Jennifer has been a guest lecturer on No-Fault Arbitrations for the Minnesota Association for Justice and has presented on the Probate process for the National Business Institute. She also serves as an Arbitrator in cases involving insurance disputes for the American Arbitration Association.
