Jolene graduated magna cum laude from the University of Wisconsin-Oshkosh, and cum laude from the University of Wisconsin Law School, where she served as an Articles Editor for the Wisconsin Law Review and member of the Moot Court Board. Jolene joined Remley & Sensenbrenner in 2013 after spending many years practicing as a partner in an Appleton law firm. Representing clients in a wide range of divorce and family law matters, Jolene uses a variety of dispute resolution processes to achieve client goals, including litigation, collaborative law and mediation. Throughout her career, Jolene has litigated cases in federal court and at all levels of Wisconsin state courts. She is a frequent presenter at continuing legal education seminars on family law and a variety of litigation topics, and is a member of the faculty of the Wisconsin Judicial College. Her written work has been published in The Verdict and Wisconsin Lawyer magazines.


Jolene and her husband, Jeff, reside in Neenah and have two children.
