About me

Heath G. Mynsberge was admitted to the Wisconsin state bar in 2010, after graduating cum laude from the University of Wisconsin Law School where he participated in the Chicago Bar Association Moot Court Competition . He has also been admitted to practice in the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Seventh Circuit, the Eastern and Western U.S District Courts and the U.S. Tax Court.

Though he has a general practice, Heath specializes in the Unfair Sales Act/Minimum Markup Law with clients throughout the state of Wisconsin.  Heath can not only litigate or defend such a suit, but he also helps convnience store owners avoid liability by being proactive and working to comply with all aspects of this confusing and complicated law.

  • James CW Bock

I endorse this lawyer. Heath is an educated, articulate and reasonable attorney to work with. While involved in an extremely difficult, multi-jurisdictional, post-decree action I found his arguments, representations, and efforts to resolve long, long term family disputes dead on point. He is a pleasure to work with. I endorse this lawyer.
