There are good reasons Kara has repeatedly been recognized as a Rising Star. She is a very powerful advocate for her clients because: 1. She has built a reputation as being no-nonsense, 2. she is very good at evaluating a case or a position for its strengths and weaknesses, and 3. she is very good at legal research and writing. When she says something in court or in a letter or pleading, judges and other attorneys listen and give her input strong consideration in a way most other attorneys would envy.
