Jack Williams focuses his practice on civil litigation and appellate advocacy. In addition to his trial work, Jack has counseled emerging and entrepreneurial companies with regards to their business formation and structuring, risk avoidance, and corporate transactions. Jack successfully represents clients in state court throughout Wisconsin and Illinois, and also has extensive federal court experience, appearing in both the Eastern and Western District of Wisconsin. Prior to entering private practice, Jack clerked for the Honorable Donald E. O’Brien in the United States District Court for the Northern District of Iowa.
Jack has represented and defended clients in a wide array of matters, including condominium litigation, nursing home negligence actions, products liability litigation, business and commercial disputes, personal injury, professional liability claims, employment matters, shareholder disputes, and insurance coverage litigation. In addition, Jack has served as local counsel on several large civil litigation matters.
