Ms. Heinzelman is an attorney and a member of the firm’s litigation and tax & succession planning practices.  She works with individuals and business owners providing counsel on divorce issues.  Ms. Heinzelman also provides counsel on tax issues involved in forming limited liability companies and other entities, mergers and acquisitions, compensation planning, and she has experience representing the interests of individuals and businesses who are targeted by state and federal taxing authorities.

 Having practiced law and attended law school in Wisconsin, Ms. Heinzelman strives to provide outstanding legal services and promote excellence in client service to Wisconsin residents and businesses. Ms. Heinzelman's professional history is a convergence of legal, tax, financial, and insurance work, which affords her a unique perspective from which to creatively approach clients’ complex matters.

 Ms. Heinzelman is a graduate of Marquette University Law School. She completed her undergraduate degree at Marquette University where she holds a bachelor’s of science degree in business administration and finance. Ms. Heinzelman also holds an LL.M. (Master of Laws) in Taxation from Northwestern University School of Law.
