I was wrongly accused of 2nd degree Sexual Assault and I did not know anything about the legal process or how I could fight this. I called Tracey Wood and explained my situation to her. She calmly told me what the next few months would look like and the ways this charge could be fought. She didn’t promise me that I would be let off the hook, but she told me I had a good chance at fighting it and that I needed to get a lawyer. She gave me other names of other lawyers if I didn’t want to hire her but I wanted to hire her because she made me feel much better in that first phone call. It turns out hiring Ms. Wood was the best decision I could have made. She got the Felony charge down to a Misdemeanor and that made a huge difference. Thank you Ms. Wood for getting me out of a terrible situation and not letting me fall apart. I recommend Tracey Wood for all crimes you need defending on.

Tracey Wood was my lawyer on a 3rd OWI charge in Green County. Before I even hired her, she was very helpful in outlining my options and some of the possible outcomes for my case. It was not looking good for me, and I was almost positive I would go to jail. I found out that a 3rd OWI conviction comes with guaranteed jail time. But as it turns out, there were legal issues with the stop where I was arrested. The cops did not have probable cause to arrest me, so the OWI got lowered to a smaller charge. I would never have known about the legal issues with the stop if I didn’t have Tracey as my lawyer. Her intelligence and hard work saved me from jail, and I appreciate that very much!

My ex-boyfriend and I were both arrested for marijuana possession. I found Tracey online and hired her to work on my case. She looked at the facts of the incident leading up to the arrest and made it clear to the prosecutors that I was not responsible for the possession. They ended up dropping the charge against me. My ex-boyfriend had a different lawyer and ended up being charged and getting probation. I was thankful that Tracey knew how to handle the situation and make things turn out better for me. I recommend her to anyone in a similar situation.

Tracey Wood & Associates got me a way better result on my case than I expected to get. I got charged with substantial battery against my wife. She and some of her relatives made statements about me that were lies. I did some research online and found out that I could go to prison for this even though I was innocent. I decided to hire Tracey because in our first phone call she told me a lot of things that could help my case and not have to go to prison. Once I hired her she and her office worked very hard to help me beat this felony. They found enough problems in the case against me that they ended up getting the charged dismissed completely. I recommend Tracey Wood & Associates for anyone who is charged with a crime. I don’t think any other lawyers would have helped me as much as they did.

I was arrested for my first OWI and hired Tracey Wood to represent me. From the first phone call to the final disposition in my case, she and her staff were attentive, patient, and helped me with any and all questions I had. Their positivity throughout the process made me optimistic about how my case would end up. Ultimately, I only had to pay a small fine on a different charge which was a great result. Tracey’s diligence and attention to detail make her the perfect choice of attorney, and she helped me handle a stressful situation with ease and little worry. I highly recommend her for representation on any charge, especially OWI.

I hired Tracey Wood & Associates to help me in a domestic case with my ex-girlfriend. I ended up with no criminal convictions on my record. All the attorneys and staff were very kind and professional.

I hired Tracey and her firm to represent me when I was being investigated for a touching of a child I didn’t do. Not only did I not get convicted—I was never charged. Tracey told me that the best way to handle these situations is to deal with them before someone is charged in court. She said many of their clients come in before being charged in court, and she hoped to be able to save me the embarrassment. It would have ruined my job if this had been in the papers. I’m very grateful.

I have a CDL license and got a drunk driving in Wisconsin. I would have lost my job and license if Tracey hadn't saved them. From the first time I spoke with her, Tracey told me many defenses to my charges. My previous attorney told me I didn't have a case, which is why I switched to Attorney Wood. Not only did she defend me, she got charges dropped.

Attorney Wood represented my son in an OWI case in Columbia County, Wisconsin. The case had special circumstances relating to probable cause. Attorney Wood identified the defense at first counsel. The disposition of the court proceedings appropriately resulted in dismissal of the the charge by the county. Between Attorney Wood and top rate staff we were well informed of the work in progress. I can enthusiastically recommend this firm to do everything that is proposed.

I was charged with my first OWI in Wisconsin and have CDL. I was pulled over for weaving in my lane and then received OWI and refusal citations. Tracey explained to me how weaving in my lane that doesn't adversely effect traffic is not illegal and that with an improper stop without reasonable cause, my case might be dismissed. Sure enough, 5 months later all charges were dropped and I still have my CDL. I couldn't have hired a better, more knowledgeable or experienced attorney to handle my case. I could easily have lost my CDL and my job, but Tracey saved them both.
