Megan Phillips

also known as Megan A. Phillips

About me

I grew up in a small community near Green Bay, Wisconsin. My parents are hard workers from farming and blue collar families. They taught me determination. I worked my way through college and law school, and identify with people of all backgrounds: working class people, high-powered professionals, stay-at-home mothers and budget-conscious business owners. I give my all to my clients and tell them the truth. I make sure my clients are so satisfied with my work that, even after their case is over, they send their family members and closest friends to me.

Megan is a genuine and committed attorney with excellent writing skills. She was a student of mine, years ago, at the law school and was one of the best students I have ever worked with. I would highly reccomend her.

  • John Andrew Horn

I have had the pleasure to work with Megan Phillips on several cases over the last three years. I am always amazed by her intelligence, knowledge and perceptiveness. She is able to crystalize fact, law and strategy and then communicate it concisely but pleasantly to her clients and opposing counsel. She is very hard-working, and for example, researches exhaustively before any interaction with opposing counsel. Several times now, I have seen her negotiate a settlement where I was certain none could be had. However, where trial is inevitable, she is a "natural" in the courtroom. Her ease with the process gives her instant credibility with the judge and is very reasssuring to the client. I highly recommend Megan for my clients and have also called upon her personally regarding a family matter.
