  1. Jeff Goldman has NO EXPERIENCE with Probate, too busy charging unreal amounts for postage and phone calls.

    • I do not recommend Jeff Goldman.
    • I hired Jeff more than 3 years ago.
    • Jeff handled my Probate matter.
    • I have previously worked with no lawyers.

Jeff Goldman is an unexperienced Attorney. He is too busy charging for postage and phone calls to even do his actual work he is hired for. He has NO drive to stand up for his clients. He is afraid of other Attorneys and will side with them before he is on his clients side. Watch out a phone call to him could result in a $300 bill with nothing accomplished at all. This is how this man makes his money, by not doing actual work for clients, by charging for everything else. He was our Attorney and over a 6 year span he did NOTHING for our case, but it did cost us $4,600 in phone calls and emails (we called him 7 times in 5 yrs for about 10 minutes each time) If you want to win your case DO NOT CALL JEFF GOLDMAN, you will get NOTHING ACCOMPLISHED.

      Lawyer Comment:

The above review is not credible or accurate. I was not practicing law in Wisconsin 6 years ago and have dealt with no probates in Wisconsin that have lasted 5 or 6 years. My firm charges only for actual time and expenses spent working on client matters. I have successfully represented many clients in adversarial proceedings relating to estates and trusts, and was appointed to the adjunct faculty at the University of Wisconsin Law School where I teach trust and estate administration and dispute resolution.
