About me

Attorney Ivan Hannibal is the founder of the Madison, Wisconsin-based Consumer Rights Law Office. He has spent most of his career representing consumers against a broad array of predatory businesses and individuals, including banks, automobile manufacturers, mortgage brokers, landlords, debt collectors, auto repair shops, warranty companies, timeshare companies, retail merchants, and telecommunication companies, among others.

Ivan has experience litigating cases at all levels of state court, including the Wisconsin Supreme Court, and federal district courts.

Before entering private practice, Ivan interned with Justice Jon P. Wilcox of the Wisconsin Supreme Court, and clerked for Judge Paul Lundsten of the Wisconsin Court of Appeals.
