About me

Over 2,000 bankruptcy cases, 19 years experience in bankruptcy law....  We listen, explain, and then act.

Neher Law Firm offers professional legal representation of the highest quality with an emphasis on personal service grounded in compassion. We take time to listen and learn about your legal needs. We explain the law, help you understand it, and make it work for you.

We are a small, two-person law office based in Janesville, Wisconsin, staffed by one attorney and one administrative assistant. We focus primarily on bankruptcy and consumer financial issues. An attorney for over twenty-five years, Rod opened his current practice in 1998 to meet the needs of Rock, Walworth, and Green County residents. The firm now serves primarily residents of Rock County, Wisconsin.
