Contact the branch of the Social Security Administration you deal with or take a look at this page on payee's rights and responsibilities. It has contact numbers you may find useful. http://www.ssa.gov/payee/faqrep.htm#a0=12

Probably. Why not check CCAP and see what it says about your case? You can do that here: http://wcca.wicourts.gov/index.xsl

It means you will not have to pay a separate water charge. You will have to pay for the gas or electricity to heat the water. But unlike many renters you will not be billed for water usage.

I highly recommend you call Hale & Skemp. They are a very well respected La Crosse law firm and have excellent lawyers. http://www.haleskemp.com/PracticeAreas/OWIDrunk-Driving.asp If I was in your situation I would be talking to them. Tell them Atty. Nick Zales referred you to them.

I agree with Justin. At the very least you want to challenge the citation. The City Attorney's office will most likely offer to bargain the citation down to some lesser offense and fine. I offer free consultations for this kind of work.

You may well have certain rights and your son certainly does. You need to talk to a probate lawyer as soon as possible. Hiding documents is a sign of questionable activity that you may have an interest in.

Smoking in an apartment is not illegal unless the lease prohibits it. As for the "ticket," you do not say who issued it. If it is the CIty of Milwaukee it would be a municipal ordinance violation which is not a crime. Unless you started a fire, I would fight this.

Sure. It is your restraining order against the other person. So it is up to you if you want to be in the same courtroom with them for the purposes of the lawsuit.

No, you do not have to sell it for $1600.00. A text message without more is not binding on anyone.
