I have been practicing law since May of 2001 and have focused my practice exclusively on family law matters since 2005. As a new partner at Nelson & Davis LLC, I represent clients in all areas of family law including divorce, paternity, child support, maintenance, post judgment matters, and legal separation. I Studied political science and communications at the University of Minnesota-Twin Cities. During my undergraduate studies, I was able to spend a semester in Australia. While attending Marquette University Law School, where I received my juris doctorate, I was also a finalist in Raymond Klitske Moot Court competition. I am a strong advocate for my clients and provide realistic and sound advice. I believe in the philosophy that a cooperative approach is the best way to resolve family law issues, and I work hard to ensure my clients are armed with the proper legal knowledge to facilitate amicable resolutions. I have extensive trial experience in the event matters cannot be resolved between parties and their issues need to be litigated.
In my spare time I enjoy training for and participating in triathlons. I also enjoy rollerblading with my son.
