I was having trouble with my car loan and mortgage, I was facing both repossession and foreclosure. In ordinary times I would have alright, but these are not ordinary times. So I let Evan Knupp use the bankruptcy laws to protect me and my assets, because that's what they're there for. Wall Street and the big banks got there bailout and I deserved one too. Best lawyer Ive ever worked with.

While visiting Wisconsin I received a traffic citation for inattentive driving The circumstances were that I was not inattentive nor violating any traffic laws.I attempted for days to handle this matter on my own. I am licensed in Arizona and was unable to receive an answer to my questions from anyone. I contacted Evan Knupp and Evan immediately returned my call. I gave him all the facts.Everything was handled via email. Evan kept me abreast of every proceeding and ultimately obtained a dismissal of the citation. I would highly recommend his law firm to anyone needing assistance. A side note: I was an auto litigation manager for a large insurance company and I appreciate Evan's professionalism.

Evan Knupp is an excellent tenant/landlord lawyer. While working on my case he kept me well informed and educated on the proceedings of my case. His lawyer fees are extremely reasonable and he provided me with results in my case that I am extremely pleased with. I had a very unusual case that had to deal with my past landlord and his absurd accusations. Intially the landlord brought me to court for small claims. He had some outrageous claims for money. He was causing me a lot of stress before I was about to leave for vacation out of the country for a week. I found Mr. Knupp gave him all my information on the case and he took care of everything. I was able to relax knowing that eveything was taken care of for me. In the end the landlord ended up paying me! I bet he wishes he never took me to court. Thanks to Evan Knupp. I also would like to add that his attorney fees were very reasonable for representing me,

Attorney Knupp was extremely thorough and worked diligently on my behalf. He was able to bargain a suitable compromise for me without going to court. His fee was very reasonable. I highly recommend!

Evan took the time to review my case with me and cover my options. I appreciated his honesty about whether or not a lawyer would be necessary for a small claims action. He was knowledgeable and friendly and willing to meet with me when it was most convenient for me.

I had a phone conversation with Evan in regards to my nasty slumlord. I have many issues & am being taken to court for an eviction, being bullied harassed & stalked by my slumlord. Evan was so very helpful about how to go about this process & standup & fight back. He gave me free legal advice of things I didn't even know about, links to more info, numbers & contacts to the correct people. I feel a little more at ease about my very difficult situation because of the courtesy & the time Evan took to talk me through what I can do. I would love to be able to retain him but at this time am unable to. However in the future I would not even hesitate, he would be the first person I will call when I can afford to retain him. I would also highly recommend him to anyone having legal rental issues!!! I am disabled & on a very limited income, but am planning to try to save money to retain his services to help me fight back. Evan informed me of many things I was not even aware of, advised me of what my legal rights are, & again, gave me the courage I need because of the time he took to hear my entire story. For this Evan I am so grateful!! So Thank You!!

Attorney Evan Knupp is a very knowledgeable and professional attorney, who assisted and advised in an unbiased way, on the kind of options that was available to me considering my finance situation. He was very helpful and understanding when we discussed debt consolidations, settlements and Bankruptcy chpt7 or 13 options. He surprised me when he called one of my creditors during our consultation, NOW that is someone who WILL FIGHT FOR YOU. Though I didn't move forward with my plan and if I was too, I would definitely hire Evan Knupp as my Attorney. I recommend Attorney Evan Knupp.

Evan was a great resource to me in regards to my case. He answered all of the questions I had and went out of his way to explain everything I didn't understand. He was thoughtful and helped me finalize my case with speed and efficiency. I really appreciated the time and effort he put into helping me and I would definitely recommend him to someone looking for an attorney. My family and I recently moved from Milwaukee to the Southern United States. After struggling to have our security deposit refunded by our former landlord, we consulted the Seifert Law Center and Attorney Evan Knupp. I explained our situation and that I wanted the return of our security deposit without having to travel back to Wisconsin for a small claims trial. Mr. Knupp explained to us our rights, applicable laws, and our choices on how to proceed. He was able to get our security deposit returned and his fees paid by our former landlord, without our having to return to Milwaukee. Mr. Knupp was courteous, knowledgeable and promptly responded to any emails I sent. The Seifert Law Center made what was a very frustrating situation for us very easy.
