Miles counsels real estate buyers, sellers, tenants, landlords, developers, and lenders through complex real estate transactions. He has served as both local and regional counsel for several national real estate lenders and was a member of the Legislative Committee which drafted the first time-share statute in the state of Wisconsin.
After 40 years of practice with the firm, Miles has moved to the State of Washington, where he has been admitted to the Washington State Bar. He has converted his Wisconsin Bar status to "Inactive" which means that he can work with us to help our clients with any real estate issues they may face in Washington State.
