I recently had occasion to employ Nicholas McLeod to represent me in an unemployment compensation appeal. Nick was very good at keeping me informed about my case, and when I thought things were progressing a litle slow, after contacting him, he immediately pushed the other lawyers to respond. Even though I did not recieve the monetary award I had hoped for, it was not Nick's fault, and he explained very clearly the reason, which made sense after the explanation. At all times, he advised me on the best way to proceed with the case, allowing me to give my input, and I feel we were successful in our pursuit. I realize he is young, but I believe he will be a successful attorney because of his dedication to his clients and his knowledge of the law.

I posted an inquiry online to his firm for assistance with a workmen's compensation problem. He responded to me the very next day and assured me I could win my case. I hired him immediately. When I met with him, he spent 1.5 hours with me, asking the right quetions and prepping me for the hearing. He was very kind and knowledgeable. He met with me again before the hearing and calmed me down and was very diligent in making me focus and understand the proceedings. The hearing went exactly as he described. I know I could not have won without his help. I highly recommend him.

Represented myself in an unemployment hearing. Upon meeting him, it became very obvious that although he is a younger attorney, he was confident and certainly was prepared and knowledgeable. With his representation, the case was easily won. Nick was poised and asked the right questions.

Working with Nick was somewhat of an unknown. I was referred to alan Olson by some attorney friends of mine. In the middle of my representation I was switched to Nick. Alan Olson and Associates are effective advocates for Employee Rights. I originally started with Alan and then my case was handed to Nick. At first I was a little nervous but let me tell you, he is a very clear headed and straight forward attorney. He is very knowledgeable and always provided me with solid suggestions. I've always tried to be a fair employer. However, an ex-employee filed a complaint against me demanding $43,000 in back wages. To make matters worse, if he was correct in his assumptions, I would owe about $400,000 in back wages to both former and present employees. On a strong recommendation I was advised to seek counsel. I met with Nick who quickly put me at ease. Nick assured me that most of the claim was unfounded. I left my case in Nick's hands and it was resolved within a couple of months.
