About me

  • Thanks for all the hard work you have done for us.

    - Scott and Paula

“I have known Attorney Christopher S. Carson for several years, and find him to be the perpetuation of what legal counsel should look like.  Attorney Carson’s knowledge of the law in both the interpretation of the law and its written form is of the highest degree and quality I have ever seen.  [It] is equaled only by Attorney Carson’s integrity, compassion, care and vigorous defense of his clients.”          Alice

  • -“Mr. Christopher Scott Carson has been an outstanding source of legal family support for over ten years.  Most recently, Attorney Carson helped to defend our daughter, Rachael, in an emotion-laden divorce case….Without the intervention of Attorney Carson, the course of Rachael’s life and future could have taken a very different and negative direction.  We will ever be grateful to Attorney Carson for his courage and unwillingness to negotiate with evil.  Our daughter has now regained her balance and happiness.”                                                 Walter

  • Mr. Carson represents a man of fine moral fiber.  He possesses strong moral principles in his personal life as well as high ethical standards in his law practice.  The quality of his work in the legal system reflects and adherence to an honest, candid distinction between right and wrong coupled with a sincere sense of compassion and concern for the individual and life’s circumstances.”      Lawrence

  • -     When all the others said I didn’t have a fighting chance- you came along and encouraged me with assurance I did! It was your supreme excellence of knowing the law that encouraged me I could but it was your sincerity of standing for the truth that assured me. I do know honesty still abides in the law because I know you. Thank you so much Chris may the lord continue to bless your work! • Dear Mr. Carson…  Thank you so very much for all of your work on Ryan’s behalf. It made a huge difference being in the court room with someone who was experienced! You made a difficult situation bearable. The outcome was a positive benefit for Ryan.                                                                     -          Bart and Holli

  • Thank you for representing my sister, Sarah, in turn, you’ve awarded my family the justice we sought out to find! On behalf of my family, we wish you all the best now and in the future!                                                                                         Sally

Professional misconduct

This lawyer was disciplined by a state licensing authority.

  1. Suspension
    issued in WI, 2015

Suspension means an attorney lost his or her license to practice law for a period of time. The attorney typically returns to practicing law when the suspension expires.

  2. Public Reprimand
    issued in WI, 2009

Reprimand means an attorney did something wrong but may still practice law. The State gives the lawyer a public reprimand in hopes that he or she will not repeat the behavior. Details of the infraction are made part of the public record.

Christopher’s comment: “I fought for a father to see his children, who were being withheld from him illegally. I brought a motion to enforce placement, on the theory that even without a specific order in place, no parent should simply conceal her children from the father. The mother backed down, but not before her lawyer reported my motion to the Bar. The Bar disagreed with my creativity here, claiming that only specific placement orders can be enforced. Sad.”
