Kevin Collins is a member of Nyemaster Goode's  Litigation and Business, Finance, and Real Estate Departments. He concentrates in the area of commercial litigation, including intellectual property (patents, trademarks, and copyrights), business torts, products liability, and construction. He also routinely handles dissolution proceedings.


Kevin served as the President of the Iowa State Bar Association from 2003 to 2004. He is a Fellow in the American Board of Trial Advocates as well as the Iowa Academy of Trial Lawyers. He has also been recognized by Best Lawyers in America and Chambers USA America’s Leading Lawyers.


 


Kevin is a Lifetime Fellow of the American Bar Foundation. Membership is by invitation only and is limited to 1/3 of 1% of the lawyers practicing in the United States.
