I was unknowingly renting a house to people who were suspected and then found guilty of using and producing meth amphetamine. As a result of this production, the house was not safe to live in and had to be gutted. My insurance company refused my claim site unseen based on methamphamine being a "pollutant." Ignoring the fact that is also something that is smoked, and my policy clearly covers smoke damage. Not to mention it is an illegal act and caused the house to be unlivable, therefore falling under malicious mischief or vandalism.
I was referred to Craig through a serious of inquiries as to a lawyer who might be able to help me with this situation, as i obviously felt that my claim to my insurance company should have been paid. Through a yearlong process, Craig worked diligently to try to make my insurance company understand that they needed to pay my claim. They continually declined, forcing us to file in court and go through a yearlong process. I was always informed of any activity or conversations with the insurance company and their representatives, and eventually our case went to mediation. We agreed to settle our case out of court for what we felt was a fair settlement, and i am very happy with how this whole process turned out. I can't thank Craig enough, and i would definitely recommend him to anyone needed a lawyer.

Craig drafted several estate planning documents (e.g. wills, power of attorneys, and power of appointments) for my wife and me after we had our first child. He was very helpful explaining what each document of meant, how they work, and why he drafted them the way he did. He was patient and took the time to make sure the documents would achieve exactly what my wife and I wanted.
Craig is very knowledgeable, friendly, and responsive. I highly recommend his services.
His fee was quite reasonable for the quality of work that I received.
