    A lawyer that will take your case personally

    Mary is a very good attorney. She represented me in my very complicated divorce proceeding. She knew where to put energy fighting to make the most gains, along with knowing the system and the way it works. She is very good at explaining how the system works and what your options are. She will take your case personally. She was always quick to respond and very easy to talk to. I would use her again.

    I have done everything from a divorce to wills with Mary. She has taken lots of time to listen and understand. She is aggressive when necessary and cooperative when appropriate. No reservations about her at all.

    Great Communicator

    Came recommended from two other people. Used her for a divorce. Was pleased with results and am now using for an estate issue. Responds quickly to emails and explains things in a way that doesn't involve all the legal terminology so that I can understand the forms involved and what the process is.

    I believe Mary to be very honest, diligent, thorough, and attentive. She is prompt in returning calls. She is compassionate, but not deceptive about the reality of winning or losing a case. We appreciate her continued help and highly recommend her to others.

    I thought my case was an easy one. So although I knew Ms. Waddell was a recent law school graduate, I hired her. She presented a confident demeanor. She failed miserably in a property dispute. She also took two weeks vacation before both the trial and a very important hearing, requiring us to be in the UP for Christmas when we live in Indiana. At the eventual settlement, she hardly said a word. And she was supposed to be our advocate!
