Colin thought he had the case in the bag, but drop the ball on it. He failed to present the evidence. Costing us over $5,000.00, not counting his cost. He felt we where being to hard on the person, after what they took from us. We felt he was working against us, and we believe that is still true. He failed to present all the evidence thinking the judge had seen enough. We were to pay the other party $700.00 at the end.

I had Colin for a felony charge for a b&e. since you'd all like to know the case turned out, overall, ok. Colin did as a court appointed attorney would do, and got me 12 months probation and put me on Hyta. I spent $1500 on a retainer and have yet to find out if there is any left since, thankfully, it's a refundable retainer agreement. I have tried to contact Colin by email several times, and he replied to none at all. His secretary appears helpful at first, but after trying to call the firm office several times with no success, you realize does nothing but send you to his voice mail.
