Todd was very helpful in our attempts to get our will/estate in order. He helped us out initially a few years ago, and again recently in the past few months with some changes to our planning. The best way I can describe the interaction would be - "Very cordial and efficient". Todd has always been very easy to work with, and I think that he has made good use the tools that he has to streamline his processes. He was able to get all information that was needed via email/fax and only required one face to face visit. I would imagine that only improves his work productivity. Overall I would rate our work together as a 10 out of 10.
