I waited over a week for Jenny to respond on parenting time/custody issues. During this time, the father of my child was keeping our daughter out of school to keep her from me. I plead with her to help me, to advise me as a lawyer should. There was a HUGE lack of communication. When I finally heard from her she was very uncompassionate to my emotional stress and informed me she would take no further action. I wish I could get that week of my life back so I could use it toward a lawyer who can return a phone call and email. Also, her secretary Sally had a very condescending attitude which was not comforting during this very hard time.
I had problems with communication with lawyers that I had dealt with in the past. This was not the case with Jenny! She listened to all of the factors that affected my case, and I felt that she cared for me as a person and what was the most fair to me and my children in our situation. I thought she did an excellent job representing me and she is definitely not the type to get railroaded in the courtroom. However she is also not a "bulldog" that is mean. I think she's just a great lawyer and person in general.
