Brad Andrew Brelinski

Brad A. Brelinski focuses his practice on the following areas of law:  Business, Real Estate, Estate Planning, Probate, Criminal Law, and Collections/Creditors’ Rights issues.

Prior to joining Curtis & Curtis, P.C., Mr. Brelinski practiced in metro Detroit for a boutique bankruptcy litigation firm, where he represented multi-national companies and governmental agencies with creditors' rights issues in Chapters 7, 11, and 13 cases.
