I attended Grand Valley State University undergarduate school. I attended University of Detroit-Mercy Law School.
While attending law school I worked in the prosecutors' office in Washtenaw County, (Ann Arbor, MI). Most of my experience was in post-conviction appellate work. Although, I also did work as a special investigator for the prosecutor.
Upon admission to the state bar I accepted a position with the Calhoun County Prosecutors' Office and worked as an assistant prosecutor from 1989 thru 1994. While an assistant prosecutor I handled just about everything; warrant reviews, misdemeanor jury trials, felony motions, evidentiary hearings as well as jury trials and post-conviction appellate work.
From 1994 until the present I have been self-employed working for Ronald S. Pichlik, Attorney at Law, P.C. I have been engaged almost exclusively in criminal defense trial work. I have taken on post-conviction appellate matters as well petitions to expunge criminal histories.
