I first spoke with Joshua about an hour before i was due to appear in court. I called out of terror and desperation after my original attorney basically bailed on me. Perhaps my predicament might have been too much to handle but not for Joshua Covert. After our first meeting he gave me his personal cell number and said to call anytime. In the past I've hired attourneys that are only available 9-5 monday through friday. I had a few times where stress would start to get the best of me and numerous occasions where I spoke with Mr. Covert and he would reassure me that we had a good case and nothing to worry about. He really seems to enjoy helping people the best way he can and loves being in his line of work. Long story short, I was being charged with a second DUI. Josh was able to help me prove that i was not guilty of that charge but unfortunately it still isnt legal to have alcohol while walking down the road! Josh got me a usage charge wich resulted in a small fine. The original charges were manufacture and delivering. (Over 20 plants) also it was my 3rd related marijuana charge.
