I have enjoyed practicing law in Saginaw, Michigan for several decades. The laws have changed many times which I view as an opportunity for my clients to protect and preserve their assets, their businesses and benefit their most precious asset, their family.
I attend many continuing education seminars in order to stay current and on the "cutting edge" of the law. This can be an "aggressive" style for a lawyer to maintain, but I will continue to pursue whatever legal means are available to my clients, to the best of my abilities. My goal is to provide my clients with the very best and current legal methods to achieve their goals.
I collaborate with attorneys as part of a national network of Estate Planning Attorneys, Elder Law Attorneys and Business Planning Attorneys. I also co-counsel with fellow attorneys all over Michigan who emphasize different areas of law practice than mine.
I invite you to view my Website www.jerryreiflawyer.com and all of the tools that it provides, including Free Workshops, Free Consultations, Blogs, Monthly Newsletters, and helpful information about my practice areas.
Thank You, and I look forward to meeting you in the future.

There are many "estate planning" lawyers in Michigan, but very few who truly understand all of the tax and legal issues involved when planning for wealthy families. Mr. Reif is always on the cutting edge of new planning techniques that are able to save potentially millions in estate and gift taxes.

This lawyer was disciplined by a state licensing authority.
Suspension means an attorney lost his or her license to practice law for a period of time. The attorney typically returns to practicing law when the suspension expires.
Jerome’s comment: “My (father-in-law) client was very happy with my work on this legal matter nearly 25 years ago. My clients benefited, but another attorney felt that I was too aggressive.”
