I consulted with Jade over the phone and she provided me with a number of very helpful suggestions and even offered alternative resolutions to remedy my legal concerns. I looked forward to working with Jade. I was very impressed with her knowledge and understanding as it relates to my legal problem.

At first I was wary because she charged a $50 consultation fee and I thought people did free consultations. So I went to an attorney that was free and he acted like he couldnt be bothered because I wasn't payng and I swear after 20 minutes he rushed me out the door. Then I called some other people who charged a little more or the same. So I scheduled with her. she was super nice and patient. we met for a little over an hour, which really wasnt bad for $50. she said she didn't want me to leave without having all my questions answered and gave me her cell number in case I had more questions that I forgot (which I did). and she said even if I didn't hire her I could still call with questions and let her know how court went. I just have a long custody case. not sure if I will be able to save up to hire her but I hope I can because she is more helpful than others ive talked to.

Unfortunately, I would have to agree with the other reviewer 100%! Does not return calls very well AT ALL! She get's upset when you attempt to contact her by all other means (i.e., Linked In, FB, Whitepages, etc.). She assisted me and my sister; especially my sister with her first child-support case but when my sister needed to file motions and didn't feel comfortable taking on the legal system by herself, Ms. Edwards never even returned a phone call. I would suggest that you seek out and search for Attorney's that are at least going to return your phone calls. Especially pay attention to their demeanor; because, maybe "the little" people with "little or no money" are not big enough for Ms. Edwards! Just saying!

I had a horrible attourney before Jade that I never got to see, charged me if I ever did need to speak with him over the phone or in person, and as a result I only was able to speak with his secretary each time I had a question. He also tried to sway me to just settle for my ex to pretty much get everything. I was desperate to find someone else when I found Jade and now I finally feel like everything will be okay and I can contact her anytime I have any questions which is awesome! She is very knowledgeable and helpful and I would recommend her to anyone in need.

I didn't actually see her in court, I just wanted her to review my paperwork because I couldn't really afford to hire anyone. She did a free consultation for me and then made some helpful suggestions for changes to make. she didn't want to charge me for that either but I insisted on giving her something. She seemed very knowledgeable about custody cases and in addition to changing the paperwork offered suggestions on things to do dealing with my ex in general. I recommend her for custody cases.

Did a phenominal job on my case. Our case was complacted but she handled it like a pro!

She was very good dealing with me during my divorce. She put up with a lot of crying and texting and emailing because I think I was a bit neurotic but she always explained the different steps in the process. It seemed like it took forever, but worked out in the end. I started out with a different attorney who never returned calls and was kind of rude so Jade was a pleasant change. Would definitely recommend her.

She seemed great at first. But in the end, my ex's lawyer did work while mine took vacation. Then she wouldn't call it done when I told her to. and if that wasn't enough she will not pay my the remainder of my retainer. I have been talking to her, texting her, and leaving messages for 6 mths. She always has an excuse as to why I don't have it and that it will be in the mail right away. I never see it. Dont waste your money.
