About Me

I am, aside from being an attorney, the host of the Smart Planning 101 Podcast - Listen: http://www.SmartPlanning101.com

MISSION -- To educate & inspire people to make better legal, financial, healthcare, and personal values-based planning choices through knowledge, tools, and specific tactics that ensure a more secure future!

Discover the best strategies for yourself, or your parent/loved one, to avoid outliving your money, ensure healthcare isn't compromised due to a lack of money and the high costs, and maintain independence at the greatest level possible, while reducing the likelihood of becoming a burden on loved ones in the future.

Listen to experts and "people" - family members - about specific strategies, tactics, and advice on how to secure the future in all these areas. I will also be providing commentary about how to take what you learn and create actionable items!

Family & Aging Law Center PLLC:

ELDER LAW - MEDICAID CRISIS APPLICATIONS & PLANNING - WILLS - TRUSTS - POWERS OF ATTORNEY - LIVING WILLS - GUARDIANSHIPS - CONSERVATORSHIPS - PROBATE - SPECIAL NEEDS - VETERAN'S IMPROVED PENSION (Aid & Attendance)

My office specializes in "Life Planning" - helping clients use the law and estate planning to make their own lives better while they are alive. This is significantly different than traditional estate planning, which is, essentially, death planning only. We do the death planning part - but it isn't the most important part.

To do this, we utilize strategies that seek to resolve, as much as possible, the three most important concerns clients have: 1. to not outlive their money (or go into "nursing home poverty"); 2. to stay out of institutionalized care; and 3. to not become a burden on loved ones.

Specialties: Family and estate planning, including: asset protection, nursing home medicaid, special needs, Veteran's benefits, wills, trusts.

Nicole is a fantastic attorney. I first met Nicole while we were attending a continuing legal education class on elder law and estate planning. Nicole is a go to person that I constantly consult when working with my own clients. I personally have family that live near where Nicole practices and have referred them to her because I know she treats everyone as if they were her own family. Trust Nicole for all your elder law and estate planning needs. You can't go wrong and you won't find someone better.
