Further to what everyone has already said, please allow me to emphasize that "refusing delivery" of a letter does nothing to make what is being alleged or demanded in the letter "go away". "La la la la la, I can't hear you, I can't hear you" only works with annoying little brothers, and even then, the annoying little brother tends to just hit you. Same here. Is it annoying and bothersome to have to "deal with" something that you think is all terribly stupid and ill-informed? Of course....
