From 1971 to 1987 I was a solo practioner practicing law in Michigan with an emphasis on real estate, contract disputes and commercial litigation. I argued two class action lawsuits before the Michigan Supreme Court and argued several times before the Federal Appeals Court.
In 1987 I founded Fidelity Title Company, a boutique title insurance agency which specialized in commercial transactions. I closed over Six Billion Dollars in almost 20 years.
In 2006 I formed Fidelity Commercial Services to be the single point of contact for title insurance, appraisals, surveys, enviornmental reports, foreclosures and quiet title litigation.
My law office welcomes clients that can benefit from my background.
i am married to my college sweetheart for over 40 years and I have two children and three grandchildren.
