Mr. Kotwicki accepted my case by referral from attorney Jeffrey Fieger because employment law is his area of expertise. He not only kept me focused but he also expressed great compassion. He and his staff were very accessible throughout this difficult case. I would highly recommend Mr. Kotwicki for matters relating to employment law.
I found David Kotwicki under "Labor Law" in the yellow pages. He represented me in a whistleblower's lawsuit against a major oil field services corporation you had laid me off after I discovered and reported a $1,000,000 embezzlement by my manager and others. David was extremely focused, articulate, and aggressive during the trial. He prevailed in convincing fashion.
I highly recommend Mr. Kotwicki for any legal needs in employment law. Mr. Kotwicki showed compassion and competence when he represented our interests. He is not afraid to go up against the "big guns"...without him we wouldn't have had a prayer.

Here is a copy of my review that I posted a few minutes ago:
Dave is a very skilled and caring attorney. You can rest assured he is looking out for "your best interests". He is bright and creative and has honed his trial skills under the tutuledge of one of the top trial attorneys in the United States-the one and only Gerry Spence. His passion to help discriminated people obtain "legal justice" is a true beacon of light and a safe harbor in the current economic darkness covering the State of Michigan.

David Kotwicki is an excellent attorney. He is the "big gun" to bring in when you need to. I had a problem with an employer and I wouldn't have got a dime without Mr. Kotwicki's help. Thank you so much for everything.

Mr. Kotwicki handled my unemployment case very effectively. My employer fired me for false reasons, then attempted to deny my unemployment. Mr. Kotwicki prepared me thoroughly & effectively for my hearing, and I won

Mr. Kotwicki certainly is not AFRAID to correct what is illigal. I am a disabled veteran and the government terminated me. I wanted to claim discrimination, but they claimed bad conduct. I was in a very tough spot. I was offered a last chance agreement to keep my job, but I had to waive any lawsuit or complaint towards them. Believe me, I wanted to pursue action against them to the fullest extent of the law. Mr. Kotwicki took an entire weekend to closely analyze my case and on Monday I got my job back. Kotwicki negotiated all of the illigal aspects of the agreement out of their proposal and demanded he correct their wrongs. They backed down. Dave was not afraid. He advised me to sign his agreement, I got my position back, and my employer has truly backed down. I am impressed. Mr. Kotwicki has been able to predict their every move from his experience. Highly recommended, but you have to listen to his reasoning. Trust me, in the end, it is right. I'm not bothered now. I can work in peace
