I understood that it was nearly impossible for a Dad to obtain 50/50 custody. However, the Friend of the Court recommended it to the Judge in my case, and the recommendation was used to negotiate a successful resolution.

David was always well prepared, knew what to expect during and after the proceedings and kept us well informed of what to expect. He made an aggressive plan to reduce our financial liabilities and everything that he attempted was successful.
