I hired Sarah to handle my divorce case. It was a really hard time for my children and I but she made the process so much better then I ever expected. She is very sweet and caring yet fought for everything I was entitled to. My ex husband and his lawyer tried to bully her but she fought back and protected my rights with my kids. I have already sent my sister to Sarah and I would highly recommend her to anyone looking for a great attorney.

She was contracted to represent me but assigned her assistant to the case. They were not prepared for the case as the predicted the defendant would not show up and they did not provide any real defense as they did not even review the discovery until day of the trail, which was not received until then and her assistant did not challenge any wrongs by the court or prosecuting attorney office. Then they just gave wrong advise and I am in not much better situation then before plus they never return calls in any timely manner you have to hound them. Feel ran over and rights violated by the system and they don't care.

I hired Sarah to help me with my custody case. I am a single mother with a limited income and I was scared that I couldn't afford someone to fight for me. Sarah did. She was with me every step of the way and made sure I understood everything. My child's father is an addict and Sarah helped me protect my son from him. I would recommend her to anyone!

I found Ms. Steslicki to be extremely competent and efficient. Her support staff was excellent. When Ms. Steslicki was unavailable her staff was extremely helpful and always up to date on my case. Ms. Steslicki helped me navigate an extremely confusing system when I needed the help most. The end result was good and I have no compaints. I would absolutely hire Ms. Steslicki again and refer her to anyone in my situation!

I hired Sarah in October to handle my divorce. When we first interviewed I believed that she was professional and competent. 2 days before my court date I called to make sure everything was in order. She had no knowledge of the date and wasn't aware of me being on the docket. She said she would be in court on the date, but sent her assistant, who arrived to court late, and unprepared. I had to review my circumstances in the hall of the court with her assistant. She stated Sarah was at another case and mine was routine so she could handle it. In court her assistant was not prepared and the referee did not look favorable on my case. The assistant met with the referee behind closed doors and made recommendations that were not favorable to my case. She signed a document on my behalf that gave custody of my daughter to her father. She never gave me copies of the document and never informed me of these or any follow up actions . I called Sarah 4x during the following day and she never followed up. I went to her office and spoke with her and she reassured me that she would handle everything during our next court meeting. The next time she came to the court, Sarah was late and unprepared. Again I had to review all aspects of my case with her in the hallway of the court. When she was before the judge she was ill prepared and it showed. Visitation rights with my daughter was held to the document that was signed by Sarahs assistant, and the judge had already made up her mind that I was unfit because my attorney made no case against the allegations. My daughter who was kidnapped by her father for over 2 months now has dual custody of her. Sarah assured me that the truth would emerge during my case but that was not true. I would not hire or recommend her at all.

I will never under any circumstances refer her and as well as the firm that she currently work for. Steslicki NEVER returned any of my messages. I hired Sarah Steslicki to represent me for my divorce. She forgot to inform me about a court date and my ex's ( then spouse) attorney call to inform me and passed his cellular phone to Steslicki after spotting her in the court halls. She was there for someone else's case. She prolonged my court date numerous time and gave me unnecessary advice that was going to cost me extra money (Per my adsigned judge) She was also addressed by the judge for showing up to court 30mins after my case had started. Then to add insult to injury, Steslicki did not have my divorce papers ready or did not send them to my ex spouse attorney on the date that she stated to the judge. When I informed her firm the poor servIce that their attorney provided me. Steslicki tricked me to go into the firm's conference room (she said she had some papers that she wanted me to signed). She tossed my settlement check in my face(I was on crutches from a previous ankle injury) Scream at me and stated she could not believe that I repeated her business to her boss. Did I mention that I paid Ms. Steslick in full the first meeting we had. I have every intention of pursuing this situation to her higher power. I felt embarrassed and humiliated. Plus Steslicki was very aware thatI was in a abusive marriage. I still feel sadden & hurt by her actions.
